when the company wants to go global then it can't have the same strategies in all the areas, many factors can affect it and one of the most important thing is understanding culture. when MC-Donald and KFC entered in Indian market considerably known as the land of beliefs and culture due to which when they found out that many consumers  are vegetarian and never prefer for going for beef so both  MC-Donald and KFC offer the veg snacks to capture all the customer .
